Great location, Great home, Great Landlord

Im currently halfway through an 8-month stay at this property and I can't say enough good things about this place. The landlord is extremely attentive, the home is in a quiet, safe, and fun location close to a lot of stores, restaurants, gyms, and ~15 minutes away from virtually everything Miami has to offer. The home was clean(which was very important to me) and I was given full control over both the AC and Heat in my unit.

Amazing Stay

I spent 6 months in this apartment and have nothing but good things to say. Super clean and close to the airport/beach/downtown areas. The internet works great and the unit is updated and decorated nicely. Martha was very communicative and I felt safe with the yard being gated. Would stay here again if I come back to Miami!

Perfect Stay in Miami Comfortable, Convenient, and Quiet!

This apartment exceeded all our expectations for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware and cleaning supplies. It truly felt like home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfecteasy access to Wynwood, the Design District, and Miami Beach. We felt very safe and enjoyed the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The landlord was also wonderfulkind, responsive, and attentive. While its near train tracks, the windows are excellent, and we were never disturbed, day or night. We had an amazing time in Miami and would love to return for another stay.

Best little apartment in Miami

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Frances and Martha's cozy condo in the Little River area (Miami). Both of the ladies were fabulous. We stayed there for about 6 months during my transition to moving out of the country. The area is very secure with a security fence, cameras, etc. I never at any time worried about my safety coming home at all times of the day and night. They were also quick reply or quick to handles any issues that came up. (Always reachable) I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone searching. Great location to all types of shopping, government buildings, etc Planterisse (Vegan restaurant around the corner) Such a great experience. Oh yea....and there are neighborhood furbabies to love and cuddle while there.
