Travel

Stayed here for about two months while on travel nurse assignment. There is no AC which was not communicated up front so just a heads up. It is enough space for the basics. Laundry is shared with tenant upstairs. Another heads up paid my rent early. Had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. We left a day after the rent was paid for month of August and the landlord told us she could not refund any of our money. So thats a month of rent for a place we were no longer occupying. So other travel nurses just be aware if your assignment changes or an emergency happens none of your money will not be returned to you.

Hi, thank you for your review. The house does have AC it has central AC and is all included in the rent. The house stays cool as it's a lower level unit anyway. It has central AC vents throughout, you can turn the vents on or off to your liking if if it's too cool. And yes, when a nurse checks out early and they're staying for three months, Unless I have 30 days notice, I do not return rent because I don't have the space filled and I've booked it out and reserved it for the guest who is staying , Meaning, I am not booking it out to anybody else. If somebody plans to leave early, then I need 30 days notice that you'll be vacating early. That way we have a chance to book my property to somebody else To fill the vacancy.

Beautiful basement apartment in quiet neighborhood

Fully furnished, beautiful 1 br 1 ba basement apartment. The owner is wonderful to work with and makes sure your every need is taken care of! Will definitely be back to stay with Betty!
