The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood the house is brick house and is only three years old. The tenant will have a private bedroom and bathroom. The tenant will have access to the living room, kitchen if they have a vehicle will have access to my garage which is a two car garage. I do not have a pool but there is a community pool within walking distance.
