The kitchen and living space get pretty good light. The wrap around sofa comfortably naps 2. The door pictured goes to the front bedroom. Not pictured, television. I've since removed this area rug- but the room is essentially the same as shown in this image.

This is the bedroom for rent. I've moved some things around since this photo was taken, but it's essentially the same except I have turned the bed 90-degrees counter clockwise and removed the black Ikea record shelf and replaced it with the desk and chair from the spare bedroom.

Typical bathroom with bath tub and detachable shower head. The frosted glass window is great for plants. We have a counter height storage cabinet.

The deck off the office/ second bedroom gets a ton of light. I haven't planted anything yet this year. Below the deck is a small shared garage space good for bikes or a scooter. We have a container garden most years. Table, chairs, and grill.

Cozy home

I lived here for 8+ months. I was only supposed to stay 3 months but ended up extending due to loving my time living here. I spent my time relaxing in the sunny living room, roaming around Fairmount and enjoying nearby restaurants/coffee shops. Thom was a great landlord and was easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking is free and easy to navigate. Brown street coffee is only a few blocks away and was my favorite. Fairmount is full of both families and neighbors that have lived there forever making the neighborhood comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience!

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is amazing; walking distance to the Philadelphia Art Museum, some of the best restaurants in Philadelphia, and glorious Fairmount park. Thom is so easy to communicate with and hes super nice and on top of correspondence. The apartment has a rare feature of a spacious deck for star gazing at night and easy access to fresh air during the day. I loved renting here so much that I kept extending my stay beyond what I had originally planned! Its a great find. Highly recommended.
