AVOID THIS PLACE

There are multiple issues with this unit this picture and the animal feces surrounding the house and in the neighborhood was just the worst. I travel for work and use ff frequently, I terminated the contract I had with the local hospital and was going to terminate the lease here as it seemed apparent to me that this was an ongoing issue for them. When I first walked into the unit there was a very strong air freshener plunged in however when it wore off there was an Oder I couldn't quite place until I saw this. Feeling trapped by the lease and, to some small extent, my own personal circumstances I remained in the unit even longer than planned. (The picture referenced in this context is that of a rat drinking from my dogs bowl, I have one of a roach as well) Furthermore, everything was either broke or falling apart: the shower was leaking into the basement, the washer made an awful sound, door knobs fell off doors and the tv screen went out after its third use. DO NOT SIGN THIS LEASE!!
