Great place

Place is great. Lots of space! We were 3, my wife, 2 y/o daughter and myself. B is a great owner, was very attentive when we asked for something and did not bother when didnt. Used the kitchen alot, has everything you need. Feels very homey, and my wife and daughter really enjoyed the big tub. Wife worked at SLU and was easy commute. Great having parking choice of front and back off street. Fireplace cozy when it was cold. Highly recommend to anyone, and my wife would say extra if healthcare worker for SLU or BJC. Thanks again for everything B. The 3rd room for a playroom was great!

Peaceful Condo walking distance to Forest Park and very short commute to WashU and Barnes

This condo was perfect for me as a PT student needing temporary housing for my last semester at WashU. Very quiet in this area and the landlord has this placed furnished to create a very tranquil living space great for long nights of studying or for unwinding after a long day of work. I loved that its walking distance to Forest Park and a new grocery store down the street. The landlord is very responsive and lives in the area so is available to assist if any issues arise. You have everything you need and will feel safe at this condo. I highly recommend for anyone but its especially convenient for traveling nurses and/or grad students needing temporary housing.
