Great rental

This place was perfect during my travel assignment in Modesto. It is in a quiet setting surrounded by almond groves and on a dead-end street that was a great place to take a walk on days off. The private parking behind a remote-controlled gate was a nice bonus. The apartment is close to everything youd needgroceries, dining, shopping, gas, etc. The included amenities provided everything I needed to feel at home and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and meal prep and having a washer and dryer was a definite plus. The owners are a sweet couple and were always available if I needed anything or had questions. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again if traveling to this area in the future!

Wonderful Family

I'm a traveling therapist and resided at this private apartment for 13 weeks. The J's are the best family I've ever met in 7 years of traveling. Mr. and Mrs. J treated me like family. One night I didn't come home (I traveled to Monterey for the weekend ) I was so touched when Mr.J called and checked on me!!! I thought it was such a genuine gesture of the owners making sure their tenant was safe. Being a single woman traveling the US alone can be dangerous. I'm just so thankful and blessed to have met them. The apartment itself had almost everything I needed. I would have enjoyed having a dishwasher. When you work 9-10 hour days, the last thing you want to do is wash dishes. Nevertheless, I would give this rental 5 stars

Perfect for travelers

My husband and I stayed here while working on a travel assignment in Modesto, CA. Its a 10-15minute drive from Kaiser Modesto. Its a safe neighborhood by the countryside. It was also quiet. Theres the occasional almond harvesting and mowing going on but, if you work mornings, youll sleep soundly at night. The pantry was well stocked and the rental was equipped with all the basics that youll need while working on an assignment including some kitchen and cleaning supplies. The owners have their own garden and they kinda spoiled us with some fruits. They also have a dog named J that is just the sweetest little thing who greets us after work. Were truly lucky that we found this rental on a short notice and well stay there again should we get another contract around that area.
