Not what I expected

I was charged for my ESA dogs - $100/month. This unit is essentially someones basement. If you work nights - you to hear everything. Mid stay she decided to get her porch repaired. It needed to be done, but no care was given to the fact that I was paying to live there too. Im an ICU nightshift RN. She said nothing. I was forced to find housing towards the end of my contract w/no sleep for days. My rent was refunded, but later she kept $300 of my deposit to cover the 5 days I was there. Instead of offering a hotel for a couple nights, she charged me. I mentioned this and her reply - OK. Thanks. Im sorry for the inconvenience. On a positive note. The space is comfortable enough. Location is decent. Its tucked away. The wooded area is beautiful around the home. The new porch should be done soon. Decent size. Bath tub is amazing. On site laundry. Small kitchen was helpful. Separate entry is very nice. I felt safe there, but there was little concern for my comfort or wellbeing.
