Great Unit in a Great Area

I had a fun time staying here for a couple months during the summer. The unit came exactly as described in the posting, and there are multiple bus stops close to the unit. The area is really nice and has restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and plenty to do within walking distance or a short bus ride. I never had any issues with outside noise or noise from other tenants, and free street parking was always available within the area. Paul was quick to respond to texts and was very accommodating. I would recommend this property!

Perfect in every way

Not only was this property absolutely perfect, the landlord, Paul, was fantastic. The area was super walkable, it was SO close to the hospital I contracted at, and there were so many restaurants/cafes by the apartment. There was plenty of storage space, everything you need to live comfortably was provided, and there is streaming capabilities set up in the living room. It's a beautiful, safe area and parking is usually not an issue outside of the apartment. I was always able to find a spot pretty close. If I ever had an issue (which was not often) Paul was extremely responsive and accommodating. I was there during winter and he kept the sidewalks and steps cleared from snow almost immediately. He's a great guy and a superior landlord. My experience with this property was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing spot!

This is a great apartment with a solid kitchen, tons of storage, nice living spaces, and good WiFi. We lived, worked, and cooked here for a month and really enjoyed it. Management is very responsive and easy to work with. Beyond the unit itself, the surrounding area can't be beat. Mariano's (grocery) is around the corner and there are amazing food options within a few minutes walk: Prequel Coffee, Lao Peng You, Pizza Friendly Pizza, Odge's, Fatso's Last Stand, Publican, Kasama, Uncle Mike's, the list goes on. If that isn't enough you can walk to Division or hop on transit. There are convenient bus lines within a few steps (50, 65, 66), plus the L (Blue, Green, Pink) and Metra are a short walk away. Overall, highly recommended!
