Cozy 1 Bed Apartment in Super Safe Neighborhood

I stayed at this property for five months over the last year, in two separate stays. Anytime I need a place to stay in Salt Lake for an extended period, this will now be my go to! Colin and Dee are so kind and the apartment is beautiful. I appreciated having the dishwasher and washer/dryer - 2 things that are often left out of smaller units! The neighborhood is super quiet and safe and really lovely to walk around. Photos are completely representative of the space - its as nice as it looks in photos! Highly recommend.

Amazing place and even better people

Colin and Dee were great hosts and even welcomed me with delicious cookies. The location was perfect for getting up the canyon and was close by to a big field that I was able to take my dog to every day. Everything in the apartment was in perfect condition. Would absolutely stay here again it was a very comfortable month.

probably my favorite by far

This basement unit has made my stay in Utah so comfortable and convenient. The apartment has its own entry and a carport which has been tremendously helpful especially when it's snowing heavily. The place has everything I needed and didn't imagine I'd need, like the heated floor in the bathroom . The layout and furnishings were very well thought out that it worked for me very well. It's clean. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. And most importantly, close to ski resorts like Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and others. I'd definitely recommend or I'd go back there personally if I had to work there again especially since it also has a great and very welcoming Landlords.
