Highly Recommend Casa Serena!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Serena. Gerlando was incredibly kind, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions or address any issues that came up, which made the entire stay stress-free. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants - can't forget about the farmer's market every Saturday! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and appliances needed to prepare meals, making it feel like home from day one. The room and home were very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a furnished rental. I would happily stay here again!

Feels Like Home

I had an amazing stay at Casa Serena. The place is very clean and equipped with everything I need. It has a great location and the place is quiet. It is conducive to rest and relax especially that I am working night shifts. Gerlando is very responsive, friendly and ensures that my stay is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

My stay at Casa Serena was wonderful! Gerlando is very responsive and clear about everything. The house was very well maintained and was exactly like the pictures. Its located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Was also a good 10-15min walk to the downtown and train station area, which was convenient for me since I didn't have a car. Definitely would stay here again if I had the chance!

Comfortable stay at Casa Serena

I had a wonderful time at Casa Serena. The house is on a quiet street, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full of supplies with everything you will need during your stay. The landlord Gerlando is very friendly and helpful, he gave good recommendations and was clear in his communication. I mostly had the place for myself, because the other tenant had different working hours. In particular I would like to add that the initial communication with Gerlando about renting the room and signing the lease has been perfect. He replied fast, and the information he provided was accurate. This was a big contrast with other advertised rentals on this platform with hosts who wouldnt want to work with a lease, where unresponsive or had non-existing listings. So if you are looking for a comfortable place with a reliable and friendly landlord, Casa Serena is perfect.

Pleasant place to stay. Great location. Lots of nearby businesses and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my stay at Casa Serena. I would have extended my stay but my contract ended.

Casa Serena

I was lucky enough to stay at Casa Serena for a month while working at Stanford Hospital. The house is a well kept and comfortable home that provided a restful stay. The true highlight of this stay however was in the landlord Gerlando who was incredibly attentive and helpful. He constantly made sure the stay was to my satisfaction and was a consummate host. I couldnt recommend Casa Serena more!

Amazing Stay at Casa Serena

I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Serena for a little over 6 months and had a wonderful experience. The landlord, Gerlando, was super helpful and attentive. He was always very responsive to my questions and did a great job communicating what days the shared space would be cleaned. The Sunnyvale farmer's market and a lovely park are walking distance; the area was very nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Home Away from Home

Casa Serena was my home away from home for a couple of months and it was such a lovely, inviting place to stay. Bedroom A has a beautiful en suite bathroom and the bed was really comfortable. It also is in a great location. On weekends, you can walk to the Sunnyvale Farmers Market and enjoy the downtown area. More than anything, G truly cares for his tenants and he ensures that you will have everything that you may need. Cada Serena is truly a gem and I highly recommend staying here!
