great layout and an awesome landlord
Kimberly has honestly been one of the best landlords Ive ever had. The unit itself is great fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials. Anytime I needed something, like more laundry detergent, Id just let her know and she'd say it was already on the way. Shes super responsive too I never waited more than 20 minutes for a reply. We didnt chat much ( because everything went so smoothly), but whenever we did, she was always friendly and quick to respond. The location is also a huge plus. Its really close to two of the biggest parks in Seattle and just a short walk from a major light rail station. For a short-term rental in Capitol Hill, the price is very reasonable, especially for a one-bedroom with this kind of setup. If you're looking for a place in the Capitol Hill area, I highly recommend this unit great layout and an awesome landlord.
