RENTERS BEWARE!! Do Not Rent this property!!!

To all upcoming renters!!! Please do not rent this property!!! The Landlord is very unprofessional. He gives a great performance to get you into any of his properties and then he switches up on you!! I'm an Allied Traveler, who was due to move into this property on 5/25/2024, but my assignment start date changed, and I needed S to change the occupancy date to my new date of occupancy, and he became very rude and unprofessional towards me like a change in the wind. The words Scott stated to me was that, "he cannot stand people like me"! Life was taking place for him just as well as me, but the unprofessionalism that exploded from him towards me wasn't warranted because of a change of date on the contract. To whom this may concern, please dodge this bullet like I did before having to say that I told you so!! Plus there's no a/c unit, and a hose has to be placed into the window for this floor cooling unit. This is not safe at all!! I'm WARNING YOU!!!!! Don't!!!

S made my travel experience smooth! This basement apartment is perfect for a single occupant. Fully furnished and clean. Scott was only a phone call away if I had and concerns or needed attention to the property. Definitely will use S as a resource for future rentals!
