Positive Rental Experience

We stayed here recently for a job in the Spokane Valley. We loved the house, neighborhood and landlord! House was comfortable, well set up with all we needed. Enjoyed the fenced yard also. The property is close to town (10 min to Walmart) but has the feel of country living while being in a neughborhood.The neighborhood itself was quiet + great for going for walks out in the evening. Clean and friendly. The landlord was exceptional. Quick to address concerns and kept us informed, polite and professional in her interactions. Highly recommend this property, a great experience
