Great spot!

I had a wonderful experience renting from Kim. She is incredibly kind and accommodating. She responded quickly when I requested a lock on the bedroom door and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout my 7 months there. The space is roomy, and the entire house is always kept very clean. Her sweet dog, Burnie, is a bonus too! The house is about 10 minutes from Valley Children's (without traffic) and conveniently located near plenty of food options, Trader Joes, Woodward Park, and more. Utilities are included in the rent, so you only have to manage one bill each month, which I really appreciated. Overall, was a comfortable and easy place to stay while in Fresno for a nursing job!

K is an exceptional host, surpassing all expectations with her care and consideration. The cleanliness reflected her dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay. Whenever I required assistance, K promptly and effectively addressed my needs, making my experience truly seamless. Additionally, her adorable dog added an extra layer of charm to the house. My stay was enjoyable. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. This is by far the best airbnb I've stayed at in Fresno.
