I'm half a block from the bus stop for the C line Rapid Ride bus. There are several restaurants and bars within two blocks of my place. Home Away From Home
I rented this apartment for the past two years, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Moving to a new area without any family nearby can be overwhelming, but John O made me feel welcomed from day one. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and settled in, which made such a difference during that transition. Over time, our landlord-tenant relationship grew into a genuine friendship, which speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. The apartment itself was a great place to live—well cared for and comfortable—but it was the sense of community and kindness that really stood out. Leaving was bittersweet, and I will always look back on my time here with gratitude. I would highly recommend renting here to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place where you truly feel at home.
Perfect Location
I am a traveling nurse who was contracted to work at St.Anne Medical Center (previously called Highline.) Js place in West Seattle was centrally located. A 15 minute drive to work or to downtown Seattle! The location is beautiful, peaceful, and I felt safe. The house was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. J was an accommodating host and was easy to communicate with! Highly recommend this place!
Quiet and comfortable home away from home
I couldn't have been more comfortable during my stay here. The space is well, appropriated, spacious and comfortable. I also found it quiet and private. There is a large screen TV with lots of channels and a warm and relaxing gas fireplace. There is a large bedroom with a nice bed and lots of pillows and a TV in the bedroom as well. There's also a dining room table and a complete kitchen. J, the host lives upstairs. He is friendly, helpful and communicative. I highly recommend his lovely place .
