Private entrance - recommend
I had the pleasure of renting this wonderful garden-level apartment for two months, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for my needs. I was specifically looking for a separate space, rather than a room in a shared house, and this apartment delivered everything I was hoping forand more. The private entrance made the apartment feel entirely independent, giving me the peace and quiet I was after. Katie, the landlord, was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. She made sure everything was in place and that I had everything I needed, always being quick to respond to any questions. Its clear she genuinely cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to create a comfortable living experience. Overall, this garden-level apartment was exactly what I was looking forprivate, spacious, and hassle-free. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a separate living space, and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment with Friendly Attentive Hosts!
I can't say enough good things about my stay here! I initially reserved a 3 month stay, but ended up staying for 4. I needed a place to stay while I moved out here on my own for my new job. The rest of my family was still in PA while we searched for a house to buy. It was exactly what I needed. It was nice, clean, spacious and private with a private entrance. The only thing that was shared was the washer/dryer and that was never an issue at all. It's in a great location too, with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants only a short drive away. Katie and Billy were the friendliest of hosts, super communicative and responded quickly to anything I needed. Being new to CO, they were quick to give me suggestions of their favorite places to eat or hikes that I should check out. If you're traveling to the area and looking for a comfortable place to stay, I would highly recommend this cozy garden nook!

Cozy stay
Very cute place with a lot of space! Kitchen was small, but worked great for cooking my meals. Hosts were very pleasant and good communicators.
