Rent is due on the first of the month and It is for the month, There isnt any pro-rate, For instance If you are planning on leaving on say the 24th of the month, the rent is the same. If you are wanting to move in on, say the 5 or6 of the month the rent is the same as for the whole month. Lets make sure that we have that conversation. There is alway exception to this. Thank you
