Gregory was an amazing owner, very helpful and quick to respond. The property was very cozy with alot of space. The back deck was extremely relaxing with the water in the background. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking. The pool was a very nice touch in the summer and the Ashley river access was a beautiful view especially at sunset. We definitely loved our stay, it felt like our own home for over a year! Thanks for letting us stay Gregory! Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place to stay!

Home away from home.
I am a traveling healthcare professional and coming home to this townhouse was a joy for me everyday. Very well appointed and maintained but the best part is the landlord is genuinely a good person.
