Wonderful stay!

I stayed at Mikes place and it was absolutely great. I am a full-time student and the studio was perfect for my needs. It is walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Close to highways and football stadium. I definitely recommend this place for your future stays.

What a great find!

Absolutely loved staying in this rental! It is exactly as pictured, cutely furnished, and feels cozy/like home. And it has lots of fun extras, so you literally don't have to bring anything ... like for example, coffee pots, air fryer, nutri-bullet for smoothies, and more. Was even stocked with cleaning supplies which was great. The location is also fantastic -easy to walk to many places and just a short drive to others, like downtown, Vanderbilt, etc. And the owners are delightful and easy to work with, which for me makes a difference. I very much enjoyed my stay, felt safe and secure in the building, and look forward to coming back. Very much recommend :)

Great Place!

This was my wife's 4th contract in Nashville, but our first time living in East Nashville. What a fantastic area! The apartment is nicely decorated and well stocked. The owners were very accommodating and quick to take care of anything we needed. The building is smaller and pretty quiet, but our favorite part was the location. The restaurants and shopping starts right outside the front door. It's a very short walk (literally a few minutes down the street) to the Five Points area where there is a whole lot going on. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shopping to enjoy. If you would rather explore Broadway, Music Row or Nissan Stadium, they are not far at all. I'm 57 and actually walked to all of these, but it is also usually a pretty cheap Uber or Lyft ride if that's what you prefer. We would completely recommend this condo.
