Beautiful west side home!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this property and our time in Rapid City!! This is a great townhome on the West side of town in a very safe neighborhood. There is a park with a nice walking path just a few minutes walk away with a creek that gets you away from the sound of busy streets. The backyard space is amazing for morning coffee and sitting outside in the evening as well. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 months and absolutely loved it! The locations is great; close to grocery shopping, downtown is not far away, and the hospital is only about a 12 minute drive. And Christy, the landlord, has been nothing short of amazing. She always makes sure things are well in the home and is so quick to respond if there were any issues. Truly the sweetest landlord we could ever have!
