Our property is fully fenced with tall fencing to the left and right, providing great privacy for the home without being hidden. We have a partial concrete and part gravel driveway which fits two vehicles, as well as additional parking in the grass or on the street.
Space
Our fully fenced private home has two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a large common area living room with a large sectional, accompanied by a comfortable reading chair and a smart TV. The kitchen is spacious with a surplus of storage! We also have a washer and dryer for you to use. Theres plenty of parking in the driveway as well as free street parking.
Neighborhood overview
Proctor is such a beautiful little hidden home away from home neighborhood if you are traveling to Tacoma. Many people dont know about it, but it really is the sweet spot in our opinion. Walkable, safe and beautiful homes in every direction. Youll love Tacoma.

Cozy home and the best landlords!
I stayed here for a short extension and wish I wouldve found this place sooner. The home is kept so clean and cozy. P and S are always readily available if I ever needed anything during my stay. Proctor is such a great area to live in too, so much so close and very safe. Loved my stay here and will stay again if Im ever back working in the area!

Best house near proctor district
S and P's house is in one of the best locations in the Tacoma area. This house is a great spot for a travel RN couple or a travel RN duo. The house is located near Proctor district and is within a 10 minute drive to St Joes Medical Center and Tacoma General and many other surrounding hospitals. PLUS their house is pet friendly and has a fenced in yard. We Would highly recommend staying here and P and S are incredible landlords.
