Great stay and wonderful host
We contacted Cynthia last minute to stay at her place. We were moving to Florida and needed a house. She was responsive and a great host. She was very attentive to any of our needs and answered any questions. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and made our transition home and experience a very smooth and comfortable one. I would recommend her in her home to anyone who's making a transition or needs a special place for a minute.

Great stay
Stayed here for a clinical rotation in the area. Cynthia was responsive and easy to reach. The house was clean and close to lots of restaurants, stores, and lakes! Would stay here again!

Perfect rental
The house was perfect and had everything I needed. Most importantly, everything works! The hot water is always hot, the AC always comes on, the toilets always flush...Most rentals come with a few little issues but I never had to deal with any problems. Cynthia is a great host and very responsive and kind.
