Hot Tub & Cozy Room w/ Parking

Gorgeous home in a safe neighborhood with a sweet family without ample house rules. Heather & Ben were very accommodating and prioritized me feeling comfortable in a new location. They're a growing family but their home is open to all with a large kitchen, common areas, sunroom, and hot tub. My stay with them was cut short, but it was enjoyable. Thanks again:)

A Very Active Home

While the home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and is convenient to shopping and UIHC Main and Children's (less than ten minutes in either direction), the family is very active, and is not the quietest to relax and get some much-needed rest, regardless of work schedule. So, while Heather and her family were very nice people, I would advise other travelers coming to Iowa City to look elsewhere for a place to stay.
