Perfect Home for our needs!

Kimberly (Owner) was awesome to deal with. We were in the process of re-locating to the area and needed a place for ourselves and some of our visiting family members while we were looking to purchase a home. From the 3/2 at the front of the property, to the extremely large pool and pool deck, to the very spacious 1/1 at the rear of the property on a very quiet street...all of our needs were met. The 1/1 proved to be a real difference maker for our grown children when they visited as well as parents during their visits. Not to mention only being about 1.2 miles from driveway to Manasota Beach!!! Kimberly responded very quickly to the couple of items we needed to have addressed during our multiple month stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property.
