BEST. COTTAGE. EVER!

This cottage has everything! The neighborhood is walkable, with cafes and restaurants nearby. A serene environment in a quiet neighborhood. An affable and responsive landlord. Abundant street parking. The cottage itself is a charming new build. The kitchen is super dialed in with a full size stove and fridge and even a mini dishwasher. There's an AC/heater that works super well. High ceilings with a skylight and tons of nice lighting options The bathroom is nice and has a bathtub. There's even a shed for bikes and another for storage out back!

A wonderful Nest

L was a wonderful landlord, receptive to comments and suggestions, and any needs you might have, such as I needed a cookie sheet and he procured one. Cozy and bright unit. The heating and cooling works great. Full-size stove/oven in this nice fully furnished studio. Shared landscaped patio, that is rarely used by anyone but me. Street parking is always available. Quiet street, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to food, drink, coffee, yoga, and hiking trails. Pond Farm! Betsy's tacos! Pink Owl Coffee!!!. You enter the unit by walking down a long driveway, to a private gate (that I chose to not lock), into the backyard, to which you can enter the unit (same key for the gate and unit's front door). I feel so lucky to have found this place. Thanks, Lenny, for a great 6 months.
