Nice Apartment...excellent Landlord!

Arrived to the blue jewel which was just minutes from work. I easily found parking out front and or in the back. Interior of the apartment has an industrial design a bit drafty in winter but has central heat/cool with all modern appliances. Location fully furnished and has everything you would need to be comfortable. Huge deck out back. Smart Television in the living room. Apartment within walking distance to eateries, a theater, and bar. The bar is literally next door and when they are having a good time you will know about it. Its an older crowd so no bar fights etc. very friendly group. Overall they are not too much of a bother. Neighborhood is otherwise quiet and I felt safe. I did have a pkg stolen off the back porch once but that could really happen anywhere nowadays. Amazon lock box is close by for pick ups if you're not around but landlord will hold pkgs for you. Owner lives & works from downstairs with his dog but I barely heard noises. Overall enjoyed the apt and Columbus.
