The perfect apartment in the perfect location

I had the pleasure of spending 3 months in this beautiful apartment. Kanuia has decorated it beautifully and has thought of everything. In the unlikely event something is needed she responds with lightening speed. Its an immaculate space. I loved having access to the gym, pool, grills, firepits, and rooftop clubhouse. There are monthly events and all of the complex staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great with tons of delicious restaurants and bars, Aldi close by, and a nice park that also has events visible from the rooftop area. Theres a cool bowling alley/restaurant/bar right next door, which also provides fun people watching from the balcony. The one and only con could be the live music and fun next door and the sometimes late zoomies from the dog upstairs. If youre a light sleeper get earplugs, but dont miss out on this perfect space. Im 100% satisfied with my stay and will book with Kanuia again if I go back to Richmond.

AMAZING!!!

I needed a furnished apartment on short notice. I found KK's apartment and left a message. She contacted me within 10 minutes and gave me all the details and the address so I could drive by. While I was driving by, I messaged her and she happened to be near the apartment and said she would meet me and show me the apartment. We met and the apartment is spectacular! Everything that you would need she has provided. The special touches of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the showers, beautiful towels and furnishings. I did not have to bring anything but my clothes and myself. Everything is so clean! Also, when I accidentally sent her my security deposit twice, she contacted me to tell me she was going to refund me, BEFORE I even knew I paid her twice. Her honesty and providing me updates about the building is refreshing. If I need anything, I text her and she responds immediately, no matter what time. I would recommend renting from KK, you will not be disappointed!

Truly Exceptional Stay at KDG Corporate Housing

I recently traveled all the way from New York City and had the pleasure of staying at KDG Corporate Housing I can confidently say it was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays Ive ever had. After the hustle and nonstop pace of NYC, walking into this space felt like a breath of fresh air. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly welcoming. Every detail, from the cozy bed to the thoughtfully arranged furnishings, made it clear that comfort and quality were top priorities.What stood out most was how at ease I felt, within moments, it felt like home. Whether I was relaxing after a long day or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, the space offered exactly what I needed.Traveling such a long distance can be tiring, but KDG made the transition smooth and effortless. I genuinely looked forward to returning to the apartment each day.

KK was amazing

Kk was a great host, her apt was equipped with EVERYTHING I didn't have! She was always very quick to respond and was very accommodating, helpful and generous! Highly recommend!!!

Home away from home

This unit is perfect for single travelers like myself. Its quiet and cozy with many things to do in walking distance. Everything you could need is provided by KK! KK is an amazing host! She always quick to reach, along with responds quickly and solves any issues before the day is over! Also is great at checking in with you throughout stay. I would highly recommend for others!
