excellent!
I had a wonderful experience renting this apt, the property manager was great to work with & the apt was perfect for my travel nursing housing needs! Not to mention, it was the absolute best location to stay in CO Springs!

Excellent Short Term Rental
Happy to have found this unit. Excellent location. Safe area. Super efficient processes for rent and maintenance. Unit was quiet. Newer building. Close to a park. Professionalism with the entire process! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
Nice newer property. Well equipped and clean. Location was great and safe. Pet friendly and owner was very easy to work with. Would stay here again and recommend Kims place to others visiting COS and wanting a home there for a short duration.
