great place in Sudbury

I had a great stay at Claudine’s place. Her house was as described and so beautiful. She has a big kitchen which I love and very quiet and safe neighborhood. I would love to stay longer but unfortunately my contract got cancel earlier.

Felt like home

Staying with Claudine was the best decision I made when looking for a place to stay while working at Emerson Hospital. I felt right at home and the area was just beautiful! I would stay here every time I have the opportunity!

Positive Experience

I lived with Claudiane in January 2024 for 3 months for a travel assignment I took there in MA. I shared a bathroom with a roommate for a portion of my stay and she reduced the rent since it was shared space, which was very helpful. Any issues I had she was able to get resolved for me. I had a great experience over!

Cozy room and great host!

I stayed with Claudine for six weeks after moving freshly to Massachusetts for a new job while I was searching for a more permanent apartment. Communication with Claudine was consistent and easy before, during, and after my stay. I stayed in the furnished downstairs bedroom with my own private bathroom and felt at home immediately. I enjoyed being able to relax quietly in my own room after a long work day or have the occasional chat while hanging out in the common area - either in the living room or the screened in porch which were both very comfortable. Another plus was a nice big kitchen with all the essentials to cook my own meals. I really loved staying at this property and it was the perfect transitional housing for me while starting a new job after moving states. 10/10 would recommend!
