I'm glad I found this cute apartment in Rutland's historic district, where I could easily walk to walmart or market 32 to get all my supplies. It's also down the street from Rutland Beer Works brewery where I liked to chill and get work done. Also, it's close to the hospital where I had my clinical rotation. The place itself is upstairs so it keeps warm in the winter, and it's on the corner so plenty of parking on both sides. I like how it has 270 degrees of sunlight, and mountain views in the fall. Lynn the landlady is a very reasonable landlord and Linda the building manager responds to text instantly. I found this place to be very clean and the water was always hot which is important to me. The wifi never cut out, and I enjoyed using the smart TV and coffeemaker. As a bonus, there's a solarium where you can read, meditate, or whatever you want.
