This is a quiet, clean duplex on a quiet street. The long term tenant on the other side is also quiet. The neighbor across the street is a retired firefighter and looks out for everyone. It is a perfect space for a single person to live comfortably using the second bedroom as a study as the daybed is more for lounging than sleeping. A couple sharing the queen bed in the master bedroom would be comfortable as well.

I stayed here for 6 months and would stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet and I never felt unsafe. The neighbors across the street are very friendly. The homeowners are easy to contact and responsive to questions or concerns. The rental is a duplex but I never heard sounds through the walls. It has easy road access and is close to interstate on-ramps. It's 10 min to downtown hospitals and 30 min to Rio Rancho hospitals.

The place is amazing. Feels comfortable and Homey yet modern. it has everything you need including a fenced yard and doggie door. The beds are extremely comfortable. Close to everything. About 5-10 min from UNMH, Presbyterian and Lovelace Hospitals. The landlords are amazing, extremely quick responding and kind. 5 stars all the way.
