Wonderful Stay

I stayed here for several months. Vicki and her husband are lovely people. They always made sure I had everything and were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The place was super nice and very very clean with high end linens and decor. Well cared for. Having a kitchen was great , I cooked a lot of meals and the full size refrigerator was a big plus (Trader Joes is super close) The bed was very comfy even for my bad back. Your parking spot is off the street and close to the unit. The neighborhood is lovely and one of the best in Monterey. Everything is very close :the Del Monte Shopping Mall, great restaurants and the water just minutes by car and also walkable There is a nice view of wooded area you see out of the big windows where you can enjoy nature. The deer come and visit also squirrels and hawks and also saw a Bobcat sunning himself one day. It was a great peaceful stay and I highly recommend Vickie's place.and would definitely stay here again one day.

Amazing stay!

I stayed in Vicki's unit for a month this spring, and I loved it. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. I was able to work remotely from the unit with no issues at all. As far as location, it's perfect. I was able to walk into downtown Monterey daily, which is great for someone like me who loves to walk a bunch! Almost every morning, there were deer out back! The studio was quiet and private. I felt safe. I was also able to take short trips over to Carmel and Big Sur, which are about 20-30 minutes by car. There is also a mall within walking distance. Vicki is so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed having her within reach. I would 100% return!

Amazing apartment with an amazing landlord

We rented the apartment for 2 months this summer. It's close to everything yet located on a very quiet residential street. The apartment is very clean, has a fully furnished kitchen, and is surrounded by plenty of trees. Vicki is an amazing landlord - super-responsive and really caring. I cannot recommend Vicki and her apartment enough. There is a chance we'll need to rent an apartment in Monterey again next year, and I already know what my first choice will be :)

Beautiful Property

We stayed in the apartment for 3 months and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for walking to local establishments and public spaces. Vicki and Dan are very kind and considerate, giving us privacy but also making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained.
