What this property offers
This, newly renovated family farm is located on 50 acres with hiking available and provides pool access from May -October as well as a charcoal grill for outside grilling.
Rentals:
Sunset Suite: Two spacious rooms, full bath, kitchenette, private entrance and pool access. $1550 a month.
Upstairs Bedrooms: North and East Bedrooms: Queen Beds, TV, shared upstairs Bath, shared Kitchen downstairs- $950 a month.

There will be a smart TV available though you will need your own streaming services for Netflix , Amazon prime, etc.
Currently, whole house rental is unavailable. House has Sunset Suite Apartment and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 full kitchens, dining room, living room, den with sleep sofa and pool access.
Generally, however, we rent individual rooms. Upstairs North and East Bedrooms: have a shared bath, downstairs kitchen access, dining room, living room, and pool access.
West Bedroom (downstairs) has a dedicated private bath.

We are currently renting out rooms in a large family farmhouse that include one downstairs bedroom, full bath, shared kitchen and den area for $1045.
Two upstairs Bedrooms with shared bathroom: $950 each.
One Apartment Efficiency: Full Kitchen and King bedroom with walk in closet: $1545 a month.

loved the place, country living in its coolest, peace, harmony, tranquility great group of roommates would have stayed for the whole year had it not been for my contract got suddenly cut short would love to come back sometime in the future!
This is truly a piece of heaven. Very peaceful and tranquil, but close to amenities. I absolutely loved it here. Hope my path leads me here again.
The Bellefield Farm, is Truly HEAVEN on Earth! It's Beautifully Breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets, are a Honeymooner's Oasis; a Writer's Dream; or as for myself, a Travel Nurse's HEAVEN on Earth! Wake up to the Gorgeous Views, while the native birds sind their favorite praises! The Bellefield owners, Dr. F and his Lovely Wife and M, are both very Caring, Humble, and Loving People! They will, treat You like family! I know, because, that is how they treat me! I was sleeping in my car for the first week! And the F, took me in! They are Truly My Angels from GOD! GID Bless You!

Deborah Carrington and I were professors at James Madison University and Longwood University who have semi-retired and have renovated Deborah's family farm for mid-term rentals to fellow professionals. We've been working on renovating the farm in order to create a retreat for visiting writers and artists and possibly small venues in the future. Also, we are creating a walking or mountain biking for those interested in exploring the woods.
