This house was so cute! It had every amenity the kitchen was fully stocked as with the rest of the house. The neighborhood is awesome and its close proximity to hubbs hill was perfect since my doggy loves nature trails. Karen was such a great landlord always responded and was helpful with anything me my husband needed during our stay which was about 9 months and then 2 weeks at one of her other units. This has been my best furinshed finder experience.

I encourage you to consider a few things. If you are traveling with pets, this may not be the place for you. Due to shedding, and inevitable dirty paws from the state of the yard and driveway, you may only get a portion of your security deposit back. The tenants below were loud and had a bus parked in the back yard. We were unaware of this being a non-deliverable address, and lost out on several packages/important mail (The host did not inform us of this). Our security deposit was returned two weeks after leaving with the following deductions: 1. Missing cereal bowl. 2. Missing butter knife. (We did not take them) 3. Stain on comforter. 4. Dog scratches on the couch (we protected the couch with blankets at all times and this is a dog friendly unit) We travel a lot and have never had an experience like this one. We have also never been charged for anything in previous stays.

Perfect CDA Stay

Ks place made for a wonderful home base while we worked and lived in CDA for just over six weeks. Everything was perfect; the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet - all the while an easy stroll from the lake and downtown. Wild turkeys and a fluffle of bunnies passed through the yard every evening as a cozy gas fireplace kept us toasty on cooler fall days. While this was our very first time using furnished finder, we were incredibly pleased with the experience and will absolutely stay again the next time were in the Idaho panhandle!
