I lived in this Condo for 2 years and everything about it was great! The place is fully furnished and steps away from the pool. Balcony view of the strip. The property is extremely quiet and safe. I would walk early in the morning and late at night without worry. Neighbor Doris is an absolute delight and would keep on eye out if I wasn't home. The grounds of kept up and has beautiful landscaping. Mike the owner of the unit is wonderful, fixed the broken washer promptly and always addressed any issues I had. A very attentive, responsible, respectful owner. The property management company was very easy to work with. The location of this condo is perfect and easy access to 215 & I 15. I truly enjoyed this property and would highly recommend! 5+ stars!!
