Perfect for our Family!
Joan's place was perfect for our family of four. We especially loved being so close to South Mountain Preserve, with great hiking trails just steps from the front door. The community has four different pools to choose from, and we made good use of them during our stay. Having a garage was also a great bonus. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials, towels, and other everyday necessities. We highly recommend Joan's place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Ahwatukee area!

Excellent home with friendly landlord
Hidden perks, like access to swimming pool and monthly cleaning included , make this house a hidden gem. The landlord has great eye for detail and responds very well to questions or requests.
