Great Omaha Experience

This unit made for the perfect stay in Omaha! It is close to restaurants and the Old Market area, an easy and quick commute to UNMC, and close to the zoo and many other places to explore. The house itself was very safe (even package delivery was never an issue) and I was always able to find street parking right out front. The upstairs neighbor is very welcoming and helpful. My two dogs also loved the spacious fenced yard! Mootah truly was an exceptional landlord. Everything about the rental process went smoothly, he was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and the property is kept up well. I had a great experience and was disappointed to not be able to extend my contract and stay longer!

This rental was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for my temporary assignment. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Safe neighborhood, good parking, and easy access to work and shopping. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Cozy apartment and comfortable! Very close to the main hospitals as well, which made it easy to get to work. Mootah was also very nice and was always there to help for anything I needed. Would recommend anyone to rent a property from him as he cares for his tenants
