the property is clean and exactly as it presents in the pictures. I wasn't given information such as garbage day, I had to ask for Wi-Fi passwords etc. I told them from the very beginning that I am allergic to pet dandruff but that didn't urgent them to control their dog. One day the dog was loose in the driveway and wouldn't allow me to enter the house. I was told the apt which is over their garage was sound proof but they complained that my music was loud which it was only on 50%. I reported my seeing and having to kill these nasty black bugs in which one was crawling on my girlfriend during her visit. Amanda told me she couldn't do anything about the bugs. They informed me of an upcoming remodel on their home but told me the noise would be during the day. I was given little to no notice of them turning off the water or electric. I had to find places to go in the dead of winter repeatedly, the Apt is cold and I went without hot water in the state of Maine in winter for apex 4 days.
