Absolutely Perfect Cottage

Perfect home away from home!

This sweet cottage is beautifully maintained and well appointed. The furniture is comfortable, the bed is cozy, the kitchen is updated, the tile bathroom and shower are amazing. This cottage gives the feel of living in a tree house! Open the windows to the beautiful hardwoods and singing birds, and enjoy the light constant breeze. The convenient location on the central coast puts you in the middle of all you will want to find - wineries galore, horse farms, unique dining, breathtaking scenery to and from the coastline. I worked as a travel nurse at Adventist Health Twin Cities and my commute was only 10 minutes. I wish I could have extended my contract and stayed! The Cottage and its hosts are the best!

Cozy and Charming!

I spent 15 months in the cottage, and couldn’t have been happier. It is meticulously maintained, stylish, and lives much larger than it actually is. The location is unbeatable, with easy freeway access but also the secluded privacy of a beautiful tree lined residential street. I spent many hours on the spacious back deck, took frequent walks to Atascadero Lake, and was grateful every day to come back home to the cottage. Without a doubt, the best part of this property are landlords Tito and Debbie. They cared for me in every way, were generous, responsive, and show such pride in their properties. I can’t give a high enough recommendation to the cottage, it’s a special place.

Great find!

I stayed here for almost 10 months and it was a perfect place to stay! It had every thing I needed and was very comfortable. It's in a quiet and safe area but with easy access to stores and the highway. I loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the deer and wild turkeys in the mornings. Tito and Debbie were great to rent from! One of my favorite places I've stayed in!
