Awesome place and landlord!
My family of 3 really enjoyed our time at Tracy's place. She was a phenomenal landlord and always quickly responsive. The location of the unit is perfect and less than 10 minutes to grocery stores, tons of restaurants and UK Hospital. It's an end-unit and tucked away at the back of the complex so it's very quiet. The unit itself was stocked with everything you would need, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It also has a nice back patio with seating and even a small storage shed. I highly recommend Tracy's place and would stay there again if ever back in the Lexington area.

Perfect Condo
Tracys property was superb for my 9mo stay in Lexington. Clean, quiet & close to everything needed. Tracy is an extremely attentive landlord & an overall exceptional host. There are not enough words to describe how fortunate I was to stumble upon her listing. If I ever find myself back in Lexington, needing a rental, Tracy will be the first call I make!
