Great place to be!
I stayed here all of 2025. This place is conveniently located and so very well appointed. Ken’s attention to detail is spot on. The FULL kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal and the rest of the cottage is tastefully furnished. I highly recommend Ken’s cottage.

A Year In Myrtle Beach
I stayed here for a year and loved it! The place is safe and quiet. Its location is perfect being right next to a grocery store and local eaterys. Whenever there was a maintenance issue Kent was quick to respond and got it fixed quickly as well. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful & Quiet Cottage
I had the opportunity to stay at this property in December of 2023. The unit is tidy and pleasantly decorated. The location is safe and quiet so it was perfect for my stay. Mr. J was a fantastic host. He made sure the area was properly lit at night and offered to wash my dishes for me when we discovered a maintenance issue with the dishwasher. I would absolutely recommend this property for your stay.
