Laundromats, delis, pizza and coffee shops are a walk away. Enjoy a quiet walk to the nearby parks along the East river with view over Manhattan. Hermon A. MacNeil Park with a nice playground and a beautiful promenade along the river.

The house is located in a very quiet residential section of historical College Point. Close to shopping centers that include Target, T.J.Max, Old Navy,, BJ's, and other local stores, laundromats and 3 bus line to Main Street, Flushing. A short 10 minute drive to Mets Stadium, 10 minutes to LaGuardia and 30 minutes to JFK, and the city.
You can enjoy quiet walks to the riverwalk at Hermon MacNeil Park or Powell's Cove park.
