Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining table with seating for four. Updated bathroom, clean/dry basement with full size washer and dryer. Smart lock allows easy entry, 500 mbps internet/wifi, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops along Macklind/Hampton Avenues. Very pet friendly environment with the majority of homes owner occupied with a high level of pride of ownership. Owner is responsible for all utilities, lawn/yard maintenance and snow removal. Home offers central hvac.
Renter is responsible for returning all keys and garage remotes. a $75 charge will be assessed for any key/remote not returned. Dogs are considered on an individual basis.
