This is a historical property nestled in a wooded area next to Moss creek in the East Campus neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of students and home owners. There are several parks nearby with Clyde-Wilson park and Stephens Lake park within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay. Sierra is a traveler like us so she understands and is a wonderful landlady. So comfortable to have conversations with and respectful, also responds promptly no matter the time of day. I would most assuredly stay at her place again whenever I return back. Neighborhood is safe and property is a short walk to Boone and a little longer but leisurely walk to UMH. Downtown is also a stroll away. Quiet environment so you can get your sleep day or night. Expect a lovely time while staying here.
