P's Place

I had planned to stay with P for a 6 week clinical rotation at a nearby hospital but I had some personal medical issues pop on early on and had to leave after just over a week. P was incredibly kind and understanding and really went above and beyond in how this was handled. In the time that I was there she was incredibly welcoming - very friendly but let me do my own thing too. Place was great - modern appliances, very open floor plan, nice backyard area - zero complaints. If I was ever back in the area I would not hesitate to stay with her again!

Best host & place to stay in northern Phoenix!

I am a physical therapy student and stayed with P for a 6 week clinical from April-May 2024. Being a young woman, she made me feel safe before traveling across the country, answering any questions I had and talking on the phone to make sure we both felt comfortable before I moved into her home. She was so welcoming and is an excellent host - she was very accommodating throughout my stay and even let my dad come to visit as well! She works from home and frequently travels for work, but I really enjoyed getting to know her during our time together. Her neighborhood is also very safe - I would frequently go for runs by myself in her neighborhood/nearby park. It is also a short commute to nearby hospitals (if traveling student/worker), restaurants, shopping, etc. P keeps her house and backyard very clean, and has a beautiful heated pool! If I'm ever back in the area I will be staying with P again, she is the best!

Beautiful place!

Such a great place for traveling workers or remote workers. I was able to take my laptop out poolside to work and still enjoy the warm spring weather in Phoenix. The heated pool allowed me to enjoy late night swims, even on cooler nights. P home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Shes an excellent host - she travels for her work during most weeks but when she is home, she is very fun, friendly, and easy to get along with. It was a great experience!

Perfect Place to Stay

I honestly have nothing negative to say about this property. I'm a digital nomad so not sure about hospital locations. It's easy to get around with access to major highways, grocery stores, and restaurants. The listing information is correct. P is available to answer questions and is open to conversations if you desire. I will be back to the area and hope P's home is available to rent. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Great for remote workers!

P was such a sweetheart! She was so proud of her new place, and was very caring, wanting to make sure I was comfortable. I slept really well on the bed, and she had my favorite pillows in the closet, that I immediately grabbed to use. Brand new plush brown towels were in abundance for my use. The wifi worked exceptional, which was important with me working remotely. The appliances were too cool! Like most Arizona homes, her floors are tile and concrete, so for those outside of Arizona and not familiar, a tip to perhaps bring some good slippers, but will also be providing slippers too. She also allows indoor shoes. Due to P's travel schedule, I had the place to myself a good portion of the time, but I'm sure that would vary. Thanks for the stay P!!!
