Property was exactly as advertised, plenty of space and storage with full kitchen and all amenities available. Comfortable bed. S & J friendly, accommodating hosts and easy to communicate with. Location was ideal, easy access to Highway 1 and 17; close to beach, gym, shopping, walking trails and many restaurants. If you like to walk, everything is accessible. Quiet neighborhood with friendly, neighborly feel, always felt safe. Great internet and access to washer/dryer. Would absolutely stay again!
PERFECT location if you work at Dominican Hospital - you are against traffic during peak commuting times during the day. Hosts are very accommodating and respectful of you and your privacy. Also quick to respond and flexible if you need anything. Neighborhood is great - always felt safe walking around as a single female. For a studio in someones backyard, I always felt I had my own private and quiet space. Its a comfortable modern space that offers plenty of light throughout the day. Kitchen is fully stocked - perfect for cooking and meal prepping. Has everything you need as a traveler. If I find myself back in Santa Cruz I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!
This property is everything it says it is and much more. Located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, it is also just 5 minutes away from some of the best nature has to offer as well as restaurants and groceries. The ocean is literally a few minutes away along with Natural Bridges State Park, Lighthouse Beach, and the Boardwalk. What is truly special about this place is its comfortable well-designed coziness that feels very spacious combined with privacy. Birds, butterflies, and dragonflies grace the front sitting area and the gentle breezes rustle branches of mature trees. All the windows have a view of the sky or tall Redwoods. The kitchen and bathroom are sparkling clean with plenty of space; the dining area and living room area are appointed with beautiful and functional furniture and storage; and the bed is very comfy! Everything is up to date, well-functioning and thoughtfully arranged. This definitely feels like a home very quickly! A find!
