Renovated 3BR Home Private Pool & Spa Across from Coconut Point

Fantastic property-exceptional host!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we could have asked for. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The owner was exceptional to work with-friendly, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. Communication was easy from start to finish, and any questions we had were answered quickly. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Five stars all around

Great time, amazing location!

I had the pleasure to rent this house from Matt. First I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with Matt. He was extremely responsive and personable. His instructions for entering and property instructions were perfect. The home was extremely clean and had the basic necessities already stocked so we did not have to run out as soon as we got there to pick them up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and a perfect location from the Coconut Point mall across the street. We enjoyed the pool and even used the community club house. We made sure we replaced everything we used so the next guest would have the same great experience we had. I would recommend this house to any future family.
