Amazing Stay

Stayed here while working locally. The owner team was amazing and super responsive to any minor issues I encountered. Everyone was super friendly and they went the extra mile to make my stay great. The location is perfect - you're close to grocery stores, multiple gyms, local hospitals, restaurants (highly recommend Picnic), Hillsborough/Durham/Chapel Hill. Very safe neighborhood - mostly older folks and a couple of families. 10/10 recommendation!

A Wonderful Stay

Its a completely updated townhome with modern appliances that worked extremely well. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very well-supplied its hard to think of any gadget that the kitchen didnt have. The neighborhood is very nice for walking, and the home is nicely decorated. Its a great home for a comfortable stay, whether long or short. Quiet location, set in the trees with lots of deer wandering about and convenient access to the highway and several state parks. Owners were very responsive to all queries. We had a wonderful stay here!

Cozy, Quiet Hideaway

My experience at C's property was beyond the 5 stars that I am able to list here. I stayed at this property with my best friend as nightshift travel nurses. From the start, C was timely with communications and transparent about what to expect around the neighborhood and community. Having a single level condo made move-in easy. There is plenty of storage on the property, even for two people who are not light packers. The unit was so clean, spacious, and well decorated. This just made coming home after a long day so much more refreshing. We had two minor maintenance issues (battery alerts on the front door lock/fire alarm) , and C had someone come out almost immediately for both instances. I always felt so safe at this property. It was also so close to the things we wanted in Durham (gyms, good food, and work). Would stay here again and again!

Perfect place -hope to stay again

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful townhome for one month in July while visiting my grandmother who was recovering from surgery. We loved sitting on the porch or the back patio having our coffee each morning while listening to birds or watching a passing deer now and then. The beds are super comfortable with soft linens, the kitchen is so complete, and all the furniture is top notch. The whole place is so clean and open. The owners were easy to communicate with and we appreciated that. We took walks in the afternoon, wonderful neighborhood, and its centrally located for groceries, restaurants and visits to the hospital. We plan on returning and hope we get to stay here again.
