Double Garage Townhome Near DT Greenville

Excellent!

Rented for 3 months and had an excellent experience; the property was great, has all the things anyone would need, 2 car garage, tv and internet, stocked kitchenware, trash bags, laundry baskets, you name it. The location was extremely convenient for getting anywhere in greenville county, and i had a great time walking the dogs around the neighborhood, towards the High School, around the Maudlin park trail, and the new trail connector to bridgeway station. You can walk to bridgeway station in 20 minutes, and theres dog bag stations in the neighborhood throughout. Friendly neighbors, safe community, nice looking streets, good food options nearby, woodruff road minutes away, downtown greenville and swamp rabbit trail short car ride away. The landlord James was so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, and made it very easy to get situated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here, it was a good experience and exceeded my expectations. Thank you James!

Spacious Townhouse, Convenient Location

Nice spacious and comfortable townhome. Having a two car garage was a bonus. Neighborhood is quiet and landlord attentive and promptly responsive to any needs or questions. We would definitely recommend this home.
